REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS:

In the event that you register with the ClearLead Directory and remit payment, but subsequently choose to cancel your registration due to the inability of ClearLead to post within the committed timeframe denoted in the Terms and Conditions, and would like a refund, you should contact ClearLead Inc. at 510-490-3500 or email at admin@clearleadinc.com. If ClearLead rejects your submission for any reason a complete refund will be remitted to you. You will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund where your refund will be processed for you. If after seven (7) days, your website incurs changes which violate ClearLead's polices, the website will be removed from the directory without refund.

By using ClearLead Inc's product and services, you consent to the collection and usage of the information as outlined in the Privacy policy and Terms of Service. ClearLead Inc reserves the right to modify and update this privacy policy as and when required. Changes made will be posted on this page .
