The Client

The Antiques is a gallery of museum quality antiques located in the highly competitive market of south Florida. The collection ranges from antique glass vases of the most sought after designers to various Baroque, Renaissance, Gothic, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco furniture originals. The collections prices range from $15,000 to well over $100,000.

Background

The client had a good first generation website with visible product and consistent branding, but the site was not driving significant traffic or converting those who did visit into customers. The client had created accounts with Google AdSense and Yahoo! Sponsored Search, which produced minor upticks in traffic, but the visitors were unsuited to the client’s high end product offerings.

The challenge, therefore, was how they could drive targeted traffic, provide a compelling experience to convert high-end niche shoppers into buyers, and keep costs down.

The Solution

ClearLead, Inc. was brought in to manage the client’s website and online marketing activities. ClearLead took complete control of website development, keyword research, ad copy, website tracking, search engine optimization, custom content creation, ad bid management, budget, and conversion optimization … essentially everything.

ClearLead began the engagement with a deep analysis of keywords, utilizing the company’s patent pending AI-assisted Search Engine Simulator tool, which models the leading search engine algorithms so we know how a website will perform before launching the campaign. The next major deliverable was optimizing the website for conversion: ensuring that the key web pages were tagged with relevant keywords being actively searched by prospective customers online. To accomplish this, ClearLead organized the client’s site along three lines: products, designers and furniture styles. In order to both provide a relevant experience and to establish ranks on the search engines, ClearLead created 40 custom articles to highlight the previously mentioned categories. These articles were optimized to be ‘crawled’ by search engines.

At this stage, with the right keywords identified and the site designed to maximize conversion, ClearLead launched an integrated SEM campaign relying on natural search, pay per click advertising, and directory-created leads.

Results

After four months, the client’s website increased its unique visitors from around 100 per month to over 1,000, gathered over 10,000 clicks per month, and sustained a 25% month-over-month growth rate.

ClearLead’s patented AI-assisted technologies delivered significant organic search result rankings for the client’s select keywords: out of the 153 selected, ClearLead has established 97 first page ranks with 62 in the top five places, thus greatly improving our client’s odds of continued upward growth.

Conclusion

ClearLead combined technological and creative strategies to increase the number of customers, yet keep the costs per acquisition low. In other words, we achieved massive ROI for our client.
